What are the payment options?
We accept online payments, e-wallet and we also do COD through Shopee checkout (with Terms and Conditions applied.)
What is your return policy?
Atarah Manila will accept returns and exchanges with a valid receipt 3 days after purchase.Exchanges will be for equal value of purchased product. Returns will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
What is Shopee Checkout Terms and Conditions?
We do accept Non-COD and COD orders only through Shopee Checkout. However, please know that Shopee take away 2% (+VAT) Service Fee to seller's income, that's almost 5% of the price.In line with that, Shopee's Service Fee will be charge to buyers regardless of buyer's mode of payment.However for Non-COD Shopee checkout orders, we will be refunding the Service fee once the order was successfully recieved.Also, when placing orders through Shopee Checkout, please avoid using shopee coins and free shipping vouchers. All added Shopee fees will be charged to customers.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping is only available for Non-COD orders. Fix delivery fee of 70php within Metro Manila and 110php for nearby Metro Provincial. This rate can only accommodate up to 2 pairs only, added fee will apply for succeeding pairs.
Metro Provincial areas (for Standard Shipping option)
Cavite - within Imus, Bacoor, and Dasmarinas only
Bulacan - within Meycuayan, Marilao, Bocaue, and Sta. Maria only
Laguna - within San Pedro, Sta. Rosa, Binan, Cabugao, and Calamba only
Rizal - within San Mateo, Rodriguez, Cainta, Taytay, Angono, Binangonan, Antipolo, Teresa and Montalban only

We ship NATIONWIDE at buyer's expense. Available for standard shipping (within Metro Manila and nearby Metro Provincial) and pickup/same-day delivery via Grab/Mr. Speedy/Tag/LalaMove. We also do Shopee Checkout (but Terms and Conditions applied.)
